The Sony VAIO Z Series coming out this year is the most powerful 13 inch laptop we have seen yet. It features an array of quad SSD hard drives in a Raid-0 configuration, which means your data can read/write parallelly, 6.2X faster than standard laptop drives. The Intel Core i7-620M processor and the NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 330M GPU are another rarity among 13 inchers. This tiny powerhouse is not the lightest 13 inch on the market (at just over 3 lbs) but it could be one of the fastest. Click here for more photos and tech specs.

Check out what Sony has in store for us now; two new cyber-shot touch screen, 10 megapixel digital cameras. You might have trouble choosing between the two. The DSC-T700 ($400) comes with a 4GB built in storage space that can hold nearly 1,000 full-resolution photos, which you can view on the 3.5 inch LCD touchscreen. However, the DSC-T77 ($300) stole the title for the world’s thinnest touchscreen point and shoot camera. Only 5/8 of an inch thin with a 3 inch LCD touchscreen. Both cameras feature updated scene recognition technology, a new anti-blink function, Smile Shutter and face detection technologies. Taking a great picture never seemed so easy. See how slim the T77 really is.

This is not your mothers average Bravia. The GXDL52H1 is a 52-inch LCD display and native 1920 x 1080 resolution. It is specially designed for business use and features: a robust, dust resistant design without ventilation holes (IP30 certification) and a highly innovative heat management based on internal air circulation. This monitor also has a unique anti-failure backlight system with automatic error reporting. My favorite part about this HDTV is that it has invisible speakers, hidden at the back.
