Oh the possibilities that become options when you order one of these babies for only $21.50. The slender tube with the three small angular spikes you screw in make all kinds of hero actions possible once you attach a cord. The diamond ring that falls off a beautiful ladies hand and rolls into the drain becomes a quick grab for you. The hat that the wind blew into a tree is a piece of cake to retrieve with your micro grappling hook. I bet you can even catch fish in a survival reality show! All kidding aside, the item was originally for military personnel for trip wire detection, so it has become essential to a lot of people. [via]

ICON Warthog ZX-10

December 8, 2008
largewarthog

Over thirty years ago the US Air Force developed the “Warthog” A-10, which has saved many lives by providing ground troops with massive firepower. Now its Icon’s turn to support the ground troops with their version of “Superior Firepower”. Based off a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, ICON’s Warthog features a (non-working) Gatling gun, DOMAIN 2 Warthog graphics, 800 watt MTX audio system, 8″ LCD screen, and rear view camera. Even the engine got Warthog treatment. This bike was dyno’d at 188 RWHP (take that busa fanboys)! See the music video and image gallery.

The KNIGHT XV from Conquest Vehicles Inc. is a luxury make of one of the toughest military vehicles on the planet. Starting out as a Armet GURKHA (super duty specially modified Ford chassis), Conquest had to replace the turret, the wheels (run-flat 40in tires with 20in rims), and they filled up the interior with more than you could imagine. Since I don’t like leaving much to the imagination here is a list of some of the features:

  • Wilton Wool luxury carpeting
  • Andrew Muirhead luxury leather
  • Spacious extended interior
  • Leather 6 way electric conference seating
  • Tandem sunroof glass with privacy shades
  • Personal side mounted lap top stations
  • LED cabin lighting
  • Alpine AM,FM,CD,DVD Navigation and Bluetooth equipment
  • TV monitors
  • Night vision PathfindIR Thermal imaging Camera (front and back) with rear op camera system
  • Play station 3 (PS3) gaming console

The KNIGHT XV is powered by a 6.8L V10 gas power plant with E-85 Ethanol Conversion system (400 HP and torque 498 ft lbs).Conquest will initially only build 100 of these trucks. It takes them approximately 1,500 hours to hand build each one, but they sell for $295,000 USD.

Hissatsu 4inch Folder

November 19, 2008
Folder

The new CRKT Hissatsu folder isn’t a utility knife, it isn’t a hunting knife, and no it’s not a home defense knife. In fact there are no applications for this knife stateside. That’s because this knife was developed with the sole purpose of being the last line of defense in close quarters combat situations for when our soldiers .223 or 5.56 rifles malfunction. “The Hissatsu isn’t a last-ditch weapon, carried as a desperate final measure, but rather the precisely right weapon for a specific set of circumstances.” I cant wait to get my hands on one!

Price: $99.00

82a1

Ever wanted to own one of the most powerful rifles available? The Barrett Model 82A1 is a dependable and rugged semi automatic rifle. Chambered in the .50 BMG has more than enough power to knock through a cement wall from over a mile away. The chrome plated chamber accepts both civilian and military ammunition. An improved muzzle brake brings the recoil down to the level of a 12 gauge shotgun. The ten round magazine ensures you can take down your prize buck or enemy combatant for sure. The 82A1 fits in a standard sized carrying case and field strips via two pins in the receiver. MSRP for U.S. civilian sales is $8,650.00, however I’ve seen many at gun shows in the $3000-$5000 range. FlashLauncher

November 1, 2008
pepperball_flashlight

A flashlight is a pretty good self defense tool (temporary blindness can be key), however in most situations a light wont stop an attacker. Meet the FlashLauncher, its basically a combination of a flashlight, a laser sight paintball gun, and pepper spray. This is the perfect non-lethal solution to deal with someone who might just be drunk or otherwise temporarily deranged. The starter kit costs $400 and comes with 30 rounds of purple inert powder (for practicing), and 10 rounds of 10X Hot Pepper Powder. Did I mention the FlashLauncher spits these balls out like a machine gun?

Hello Kitty AR-15

January 2, 2008

Out of all things Hello Kitty I never thought I would see a weapon. Not only is this AR-15 fully functioning, it is also modified to be legal in the state of California.
