X-24 Pintail Longboard
Check out these electric skateboards from Exkate ($250 – $1,200). My favorite is the X-24 Pintail. The Southern Californian classic longboard is outfitted with a 750 watt – 1 HP motor that can generate speeds of up to 20 mph and a range of over 10 miles. The 54″/ 17 ply deck is hand crafted and finished with mahogany inlays. It can even go uphill!

Nik Nowak made these sculptures for a video he made with his brother Till Nowak, “Souvenirs“. These have two (working) speakers attached to a remote controlled toy tank. Nowak only made two of them, the yellow one has already sold. The price for the second is 3,200€ (~$4,450) and includes the Video as DVD limited edition.

The Quake Wars is a trailer composed entirely of gameplay footage, from a third person pov. The game looks very much like Battlefield 2, what makes it different is that it takes place in the not to distant future. This game is going to blow Halo2 and Battlefield 2142 out of the water for sure. id Software never fails to deliver when it comes to their Quake series. No word yet on when this game will be released. Check out the trailer below:
