TAG Heuer Sunglasses – Who Knew?
August 22, 2007
Now you do! That’s right – the legendary maker of watches now makes some of the coolest shades on the planet. And just because the dog days of summer are waning, that’s no reason to stop protecting your eyes. Damaging UV rays are around all year long, so protect your eyes in TAG Heuer style. These ultra-light shades are made from some of the coolest, high-tech materials – the Zenith models, for instance, use the same rubber as F1 racing tires on the arms for maximum comfort and grip. I dare you to lose these! The visual accuracy is so incredible that TAG Heuer sunglasses (and eyeglasses) are only sold through select eye doctors. And they are beyond sleek…heck, you can even wear the Zenith style (available in a plethora of shield and arm color combinations) underneath your motorcycle helmet as you strike out in search of fall foliage. Plus, the logo isn’t screaming off the glasses. It’s subtle, sophisticated. True to TAG Heuer form. To see all of the available TAG Heuer sunglass and eyeglass looks – and to find out where you can get them, visit their website. More Photos.
Lit jewelry by Beau Et Bien
August 22, 2007
I don’t think iwishihadthis.com has one piece of jewelry on it yet, so I think its time for a change. Especially when the jewelry is as unique as these pieces from Beau Et Bien. These pendants are held together with a thin necklace, and are available in many shapes and colors. Created with a silicon exterior in two halves that covers an LED, a rechargeable battery and magnets hold the two sides together. Luckily the battery is able to last up to 50 hours per charge, and the LED will last up to 40,000 hours. With a necklace like this, you are sure to cause a distraction anywhere you go.
Silver Brickwall LEGO Ring
August 14, 2007
Earlier this week the LEGO brand celebrated their 75th anniversary. We think it is only right to honor their birthday by featuring this Silver Brickwall LEGO Ring ($80). Made of sterling silver it features a 2 x 2 pattern. The ring also comes with 6 colors that you can snap on to the ring. I would put a LEGO guy on my ring.
Watches Made from Titanic’s Remains
August 8, 2007
Theses watches from designer Yvan Arpa are not only beautiful time pieces but are also made from the remains of the titanic. Apparently coal had been burned in the Titanic’s furnaces prior to its sinking and has been recovered and mixed with ceramics to create the black dials of the watches. A Swiss jeweler will be making the watches and they are going to be sold under the name “Titanic-DNA” and will be extremely rare as a limited run of only 2,012 will be produced. The watches will vary in price from $9,000 to $150,00 depending on your choice of silver, gold and/or diamonds customized on the watches. [via]

The watch is available set with 576 diamonds or with 400 diamonds and 11 onyx cabochons.
