Himalayan Salt Plate

This is an 11 pound hand cut Himalayan Salt Plate. Since salt is a great conductor of heat, and naturally antimicrobial, salt plates make a great cooking surface in the oven or on the grill. You could even chill it for serving sushi. They cost $40 – $50 depending on which size you want.
