What sets Depaz Rhum apart form others is that Depaz makes their rum using exclusively 100% blue cane, which has an exceptionally high sugar content giving the spirit its signature flavor. That signature flavor has even landed Depaz a spot on the Wine Enthusiast‘s top 50 spirits of 2007. Depaz Blue Cane Rhum is made in limited quantities but can be normally be found for around $40
