Char-Broil’s The Big Easy Oil-Less Infrared Turkey Fryer ($199) is probably what you should be cooking you turkey in this Thanksgiving. Its pretty much like a grill style oven for your bird, which pumps out 16,000 BTUs to effectively seal in the meats juices. Way better than those other contraptions with the grease that you have to purchase, splatter, and dispose. The Big Easy supports up to a 16 lb bird, works with a standard propane tank, and has easy cleanup. It is recommended that you allow 8 – 10 minutes per pound when cooking turkey or chicken.

How are you going to cook your Turkey this Thanksgiving?

This is not a TV stand that you will find at IKEA (actually you’re unlikely to find this anywhere outside of Japan). Yamaha is jumping on the all-in-one tv stand bandwagon with their Polyphony YRS-1000. Basically its a central hub that efficiently manages all your components. The YRS-1000 is compatible with 46 types of flat-panel TVs and features; two HDMI units, built-in subwoofer, and 5.1 channel playback. So if you’re in the market for surround-sound and a tv stand, you might as well mix them together and get this. Its available now (Japan only) and is a great space saver for smaller living rooms. The KNIGHT XV from Conquest Vehicles Inc. is a luxury make of one of the toughest military vehicles on the planet. Starting out as a Armet GURKHA (super duty specially modified Ford chassis), Conquest had to replace the turret, the wheels (run-flat 40in tires with 20in rims), and they filled up the interior with more than you could imagine. Hissatsu 4inch Folder

Folder

The new CRKT Hissatsu folder isn’t a utility knife, it isn’t a hunting knife, and no it’s not a home defense knife. In fact there are no applications for this knife stateside. That’s because this knife was developed with the sole purpose of being the last line of defense in close quarters combat situations for when our soldiers .223 or 5.56 rifles malfunction. “The Hissatsu isn’t a last-ditch weapon, carried as a desperate final measure, but rather the precisely right weapon for a specific set of circumstances.” I cant wait to get my hands on one!
