New KTM 1190 RC8 Suberbike

The brand new KTM RC8 Suberbike is a monster sporting a new 75 degree V-Twin engine displacing 1148cc’s, making 155 horsepower. The bike weighs in at 414lbs and features an innovative under-floor exhaust system for optimum power output and ideal center of gravity. Also included is an Electronic keihin injection system with automatic cold start, idle-speed regulator, lambda control and altitude compensation. All this adds up to 200km/s in less than 10 seconds and 100km/h in just 3 seconds. The KTM 1190 RCB Superbike will be available in orange/black or white/black and will hit showrooms March 2008, unfortunately price is currently unknown.

I like this bike but it is too bad that it wont fit into the AMA Liter bike class. The next class up is the unlimited engine size and that wouldnt even be a fair race against the busa or the zx-14. And why are bike companies putting the exhaust right below where you sit? I dont want to get blasted by exhaust while I am not moving.
Yes as far as engine size goes not fair. But handling its gonna run cicles around those two over weight bikes!
I wonder if honda used this bike as a model for the 2009 cbr1000rr… Anyone else seeing the same styling here?
Sat on the bike yesterday…made my nipples rock hard. This bike is designed to go after the same market that Ducati used to possess before it became to common. This bike also has some features that are state of the art trickle down from motogp stuff. This bike is running close to 20k and guys who are experienced at the highest levels of racing think it is rock solid…It is going to be a great track bike and I would sell your sister into slavery to get this ride…ha ha…just joking about your sister…don’t get crazy.
Hey Mr Smith what were the ergos like on this bike? Me thinks selling my sister for one of these is a great idea!
Idk why this bikes look like the new CBR when Im drunk, it much certainly doesnt when Im sober!
