DEC Cathena CX UMPC Announced

Data Evolution Corporation just announced a new UMPC for the North American market, the Cathena CX ($799). This is the company’s first UMPC weighing in at only 2.2 lbs. It is powered by an AMD Geode LX800 processor and features a 7-inch touch-screen with 800×480 resolution. It supports up to 1GB of RAM and come with 40, 80 or 100GB of storage. The wireless is 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth® 2.0 and a near full size QWERTY USA keyboard. There is no word yet on availability.
