Coconut Lemongrass Sake

Back in 2000, Moonstone (SakéOne) was one of the first company’s that started selling flavored sakes in the US. Now they have an expansive variety including a new Coconut Lemongrass Sake. The new flavor is a Nigori (cloudy) sake infused with the flavors of coconut and lemongrass giving it a truly unique taste. The new sake is supposedly a perfect match to Asian and Thai inspired cuisine and the new flavor has even already won a gold medal at the Taster’s Guild International Wine Competition. The best part is that the Coconut Lemongrass Sake can be found around $11 a bottle.
